3.22 API support

Hi Mike!

First of all, a hughe thank you for your work making GtkD a success, it's fantastic!

As the process for creating the bindings Gtk+ -> GtkD is -more or less- automatic, when do you think the bindings for Gtk 3.22 will be available?

Hi, master is mostly there and is usable, just a few things left to
fixup before an release.
